Five people have been injured in a firing incident on Double Road in Quetta on Monday.
The victims have been identified as Muhibullah, Abdul Samad, Abdul Zahir, Abdul Wali, and Haji Ahmed.
Unidentified armed men opened fire at them after engaging in a verbal spat with a security guard of the National Database and Registration Authority office.
Four killed in separate incidents in Quetta
Subsequently, the alleged culprits fled the scene of the crime following the incident.
The injured were taken to Quetta's Civil hospital for treatment.
The police have registered a case against the alleged assailants and an investigation is underway.
