After deregulation: CNG price hike goes unchecked
The K-P government has taken up the issue with the ministry of petroleum
PESHAWAR:
Following the deregulation of the CNG sector by the ministry of petroleum and natural resources, CNG stations in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa hiked the gas prices by Rs4.08 per Kilogram.
Petrol, diesel prices go up by Rs1 per litre
The prices were raised by the CNG stations to Rs82.90 per kg in first week of February following the notification of the sector’s deregulation.
The K-P government has taken up the issue with the ministry of petroleum raising objections over the deregulation of the sector and limiting the role of Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA).
