The IHC on Friday rejected a written reply filed by the government over regularisation of daily wage employees’ and gave them two weeks to file a comprehensive report. Justice Athar Minallah of IHC heard the case filed by several daily wages employees of federal government on Friday. The bench observed that the Establishment Division and Cabinet Division, in their joint reply submitted to the court, did not provide any relevant answer to any of the questions.
