Inayat, Sohail win in golf tournament
Pakistan number 13 Javed Inayat clinches professional category of the Habib Bank Limited Golf Championship 2011.

Pakistan number 13 Javed Inayat clinched the professional category of the Habib Bank Limited (HBL) Golf Championship 2011 as Mohammad Sohail prevailed in the amateur event of the tournament held at the Karachi Golf Club, Karsaz yesterday.
Inayat, who managed one-under par, finished with a gross score of 143 and bagged the winning purse of Rs134,930. He was followed by Waheed Baloch who finished with a par score and 144 gross in the two-day event. Afsar Ali and Shehzad Mushtaq shared the third place with two-over par and 146 gross.
“I have worked hard to grab this trophy and it’s my 40th national title,” Inayat told The Express Tribune. “With this title I’ll move into the Pakistan Golf Federation’s top 10 players. It was a tough competition here and I feel great when I outplayed Baloch, who is ranked ninth.”
