Drug overdose: Lawyer’s body found in Quetta
The corpse was handed over to his brother upon completion of legal formalities
QUETTA:
A lawyer was found dead in a vehicle parked outside the premises of the District Court of Quetta on Sunday. His death was reportedly caused by an overdose of drugs. According to the police, Advocate Abdul Rahim s/o Abdul Rahman Shahwani worked in booth number 29 of the district court as notary public. His body was recovered from his personal vehicle along with a stash of drugs. The body was taken into police custody and shifted to the Civil Hospital Quetta. The hospital sources told the media that the death of the deceased was caused by the intake of excessive drugs. The corpse was handed over to his brother upon completion of legal formalities.
