Addressing a joint press conference with his British counterpart Theresa May in London, Malik said NADRA would verify the identities of the prisoners claiming to be Pakistanis.
The interior minister asked Pakistani students to seek their High Commission's help in London in case of any problems.
The British Home Secretary vowed to take strict action against illegal immigrants as well as those involved in forced marriages in Britain.
May also condemned the killing of Pakistan's federal minister for minorities Shahbaz Bhatti.
