One-stop solutions: Farmers receive more facilitation

Farmers will be given guidelines and other facilities regarding fisheries, livestock and dairy development

LAHORE: The Punjab Livestock & Dairy Development Board (PLDDB) has planned to start a new venture with a private mobile company for providing all facilities to farmers under a single roof. According to a spokesman for the PLDDB on Thursday, one window operation centres will be set up in this regard and farmers will be given guidelines and other facilities regarding fisheries, livestock and dairy development. He said the board would also launch a new project of quality milk supply to citizens through mechanised milk machines and it is fully committed to enhance the livestock productivity (milk & meat) by bridging the gap between demand and supply of fodder during scarcity period.
