Priyanka Chopra breaks silence on link-up rumours with Tom Hiddleston

PeeCee finds American tabloid culture 'more scary'

Priyanka Chopra and Tom Hiddleston grabbed eyeballs as they graced the stage at the 2016 Emmy Awards.

In a recent Koffee With Karan episode, PeeCee spoke on a range of topics. On being asked about the difference between Indian and American media, the Quantico star also spoke about her alleged link-up with Tom, Miss Malini reported. "Their tabloid culture is more scary. I meet someone for 10 minutes and it becomes the world news," Priyanka said.



She further cleared the air about her much-talked about bonhomie with Tom. "It was at the Emmys that I was presenting with Tom. I met him for 10 minutes," Priyanka said.

The rumour mills went into an overdrive after the two were seen openly flirting with each other in between taking selfies and mingling with guests at the after party.

“Tom had his arm around her and held her close. Afterwards, Tom and Priyanka talked closely and were holding hands at one point for a few moments. Priyanka fixed Tom’s bow-tie and then the two kissed on both cheeks,” a source said. The source also shared that the two were seen exchanging phone numbers before sharing a long hug.



“Priyanka and Tom said goodbye and she told him that she will see him later. They left the event about a minute after each other,” the source added.
