Aerial firing: Police register case against lawyers
The SHO said a police team has been formed to arrest the lawyers

Police registered a case against three nominated and five unidentified lawyers on charge of firing on Saturday night. The lawyers were involved in a celebratory gunfire after the announcement of the district bar association office bearers’ elections for the year 2017 that created panic among the residents. SHO at the Kotwali police station SI Shahid Iqbal said the lawyers who resorted to firing were identified as Fawad Jutt, Muhammad Asif, Rana Shoraze. The SHO said a police team has been formed to arrest the lawyers while a case under section 337F/2 of the Pakistan Penal Code, 4-ESA and 7-Anti Terrorists Act has also been registered against them.
