Roadside bomb: Tribal elder injured in Bajaur blast
Rauf was on his vehicle which ran over the planted remote controlled bomb causing the explosion

A notable tribal elder Malik Abdur Rauf was seriously injured while his security guard received minor injuries when their vehicle hit a remote controlled bomb in the area of Mamond on Friday, the political administration told The Express Tribune.
Rauf was on his way to the nearby Larkhazo village of Mamond, when his vehicle ran over the planted remote controlled bomb. The bomb went off, injuring him and his guard.
The political administration threw a cordon in the area and started a search operation. The injured were taken to the agency headquarters hospital.
Separately, Corps Commander Peshawar Lieutenant General Nazir Ahmed Butt visited Mohmand and Bajaur agencies. He appreciated the troops for the border security and stability in the area.
