PESHAWAR:
The premier’s adviser Amir Maqam on Sunday said that following the prime minister’s instructions, construction work on the Lowari Tunnel will soon be completed and it would be opened round the clock after June 30.

He stated that Lowari tunnel will remain open for two days weekly in January and February so that the general public could move without any problems.

Muqam further stated that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has prioritised development of the district and soon transmissions in Khowar language will begin on Pakistan Television.

Responding to a question about Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, Muqam said the Panamagate scandal was before the courts which would decide it on merit and not on the basis of press briefings.
