Renovated: CDA library reopens after 30-year hiatus
Library has not only been upgraded and renovated but supplemented with additional books

After a hiatus of nearly 30 years, the CDA library has finally reopened.
In a statement released on Saturday, the CDA said that following directions from Islamabad Mayor and CDA Chairman Sheikh Anser Aziz, the library had been renovated and upgraded.
CDA Member Administration Yasir Peerzada said that the library has not only been upgraded and renovated but supplemented with additional books including on literature, history and Islamic books to the existing stock.
Moreover, furniture and the lighting system in the library has also been upgraded.
Peerzada added that they would take steps to promote library culture in the capital while more books on different subjects would be added.
