Weather issue: Fog disrupts flight schedule    

Flights from Jeddah and Dubai diverted to nearby airports due to low visibility

KARACHI:
Heavy fog disturbed the flight schedule at Jinnah International Airport in the early hours of Thursday. According to the spokesperson of the Pakistan International Airlines (PIA), flight PK-732 arriving at Karachi from Jeddah and flight PK-214 arriving from Dubai were diverted to nearby airports, including Muscat, due to low visibility. The flights later landed at Karachi airport after clearance from the Civil Aviation Authority.
