Nabbed: Man accused of murdering brother-in-law arrested

A man who allegedly killed his brother-in-law in Golra area earlier this year has been arrested by the police on Friday.
The suspect, Muhammad Sajid Khawaj, had been declared a proclaimed offender in the murder case. He was traced and nabbed by the Special Investigation Unit (SIU). The suspect had allegedly gunned down his brother-in-law Syed Ali Amir with the help of a few other persons on February 29. The suspect had been nominated in the case and later declared a proclaimed offender.
SP Capt (retd) Muhammad Ilyas said the police had conducted raids at various locations and were finally able to track him down and nab him in Lahore.
