LHC seeks reply from federal government and OGRA chairman within two weeks on application against price increase.
LAHORE:
The Lahore High Court on Thursday sought reply from the federal government and Oil and Gas Regularity Authority (Ogra) chairman within two weeks on an application against the recent increase in petroleum prices.
Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed of the Lahore High Court passed this order on the application filed by Consumer Rights Forum Pakistan secretary Muhammad Hanif Goraya through his counsel Mateenul Haq Chaudhry as part of an already pending writ petition on the same matter.
