Job fair: 400 youth employed in industrial and trade bodies
136 industrialists and traders from across the country participated in that Job Fair

During the recently held job fair, jointly organised by the Sarhad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) and Technology Up-gradation & Skill Development Company (TUSDEC), 400 youth have been provided employment in different industrial and trade bodies, while 586 had been registered for employment.
This was stated by SCCI President Haji Mohammad Afzal. Talking to Advisor, Human Resource Development (HRD) of the European Union and a four-member delegation of journalists from Turkmenistan, he said that 136 industrialists and traders from across the country participated in that Job Fair. A MoU for the provision of on job training will be signed with 30 industrialists, he added.
Afzal said that SCCI is playing a role in the promotion of coordination among technical institutes and provision of employment to youth equipped with skills in different industries and businesses.
