Fast track: K-P orders to expedite gas projects
K-P government has a strong desire to provide gas and other basic facilities to the people without delay

Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Governor Iqbal Zafar Jhagra on Wednesday directed the Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) to expedite ongoing projects of gas provision and also cover those areas which are still deprived of gas. Presiding over a high level meeting here at the Governor House, the governor directed Managing Director SNGPL Lahore Amjad Latif, General Manager Peshawar Arbab Saqib, General Manager Coordination Lahore Abdul Ahad, Deputy Chief Engineer Lahore Shafqat Virk and Chief Engineer Peshawar to complete the ongoing projects especially in Darra Adam Khel, FATA, Peshawar and Mardan. He said that the government has a strong desire to provide gas and other basic facilities to the people without delay. The SNGPL delegation briefed the governor on ongoing projects and date of completion.
