Wang stressed that to enhance the importance of China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) the two countries have to step forward in agreement to develop an e-corridor for greater connectivity.
The head of delegation, Qiu Ziynn, said that expanding the cooperation to science and information technology will boost the bilateral trade and economic ties in a more modern and digital way.
PCJCCI Secretary General M Salahuddin Hanif informed the delegates about the concerted efforts of the Pakistani government for the development of the IT industry. He said that the IT & Telecom ministry is already collaborating for the development of an ‘e-commerce gateway framework’.
