Official of the US Consulate General in Karachi wished the Pakistan cricket team good luck ahead of their Test series against Australia.

The three-match series began today with a day-night affair at the Gabba in Brisbane.

Officials wearing Pakistan’s kit and holding bats, posted a video on their Facebook page with the caption, “Good luck Pakistan for the #PakVSAus Test series!”

Misbahul Haq confident of changing history in Australia

In the first Test, Australia won the toss and chose to bat against Pakistan at the Gabba.

The hosts kept an unchanged side from last month’s day-night third Test win over South Africa with spinner Nathan Lyon preferred to pacer Chadd Sayers.

Misbahul Haq wants Pakistan to be first Asian side to win in Australia

Pakistan, who are looking to win their first series in Australia in their 12th attempt, made two changes to the side that lost to New Zealand in Hamilton last month with captain Misbahul Haq and leg-spinner Yasir Shah returning.
