A former education director, Allah Bachayo Khaskheli, was arrested on Sunday by the anti-corruption establishment for embezzling public funds.
Jamshoro circle officer Muhammad Musa Brohi said that Khaskheli was arrested from his residence in Kotri, Jamshoro.
He allegedly, along with education department officers, issued salaries to retired primary teachers.
