Long distance: Tele-workshop held at NICVD
NICVD conducts day two of its second interventional workshop.

The National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases (NICVD) conducted day two of its second interventional workshop on Saturday.
The workshop themed “percutaneous intervention in the under-developed world” hosted almost 200 cardiologists from all over the country. Day two of the event was spent in a tele-workshop through which the participants had direct visual communication from the conference hall to the seven cardiac catheterisation laboratories where cardiologists were performing cardiac catheterisations, angiographies and angioplasties.
