ROAD accidents: Two brothers among six killed

Different individuals died due to collision while driving

FAISALABAD: Six people, including two brothers, were killed in road accidents in different parts of the city Saturday. Police said Sajid, 18, and his younger brother Javaid, were riding a motorcycle when a truck hit them on Sargodha Road. As a result, both of them died on the spot. Meanwhile, Irfan, 22, and his mother Shaheen Bibi, were killed when a truck rammed into their motorcycle on Sheikhupura Road. Similarly, Raza, 30, was killed while his elder brother Nawaz was injured when their motorcycle collided with a rickshaw near Nishatabad Bridge. They were residents of Chak No 126-RB. In another accident, an elderly man, identified as Mehmoodul Hasan, 70, died at the Allied Hospital where he was shifted after receiving critical injuries in a road accident.
