Regularisation Case: IHC summons federal secretaries
The petitioners should also be treated in the same way

Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Thursday summoned federal secretaries of ministries concerned in person in a case regarding regularisation of doctors of federal dental and medical colleges. Justice Athar Minallah of IHC heard the case filed by about 35 employees of federal dental and medical colleges. During the proceeding, Justice Athar Minallah remarked that if the employees were regularised under 2011 regularisation policy in the past, the petitioners should also be treated in the same way. If it was not done, the regularised employees under this policy could be affected, he further observed.
