Supplementary exams: BIEK dispatches admit cards

The students who do not receive their admit card by Saturday, November 19, can collect it after Monday

KARACHI: The Board of Intermediate Education Karachi (BIEK) notified on Wednesday that the admit cards with date sheets of all private candidates of science pre-medical, pre-engineering and general group, as well as commerce and humanities had been dispatched to the students' residential addresses for the Higher Secondary Certificate Supplementary Examination, 2016.

According to the notification issued by BIEK controller of examinations Imran Khan Chishti, the students who do not receive their admit card by Saturday, November 19, can collect it after Monday, November 21, during office hours. The controller also notified the principals of colleges to collect the admit cards of their regular candidates who are appearing for the supplementary examinations starting November 23. The admit cards can be collected from today onwards.

Other than supplementary examinations, BIEK has also extended the dates for the acceptance of examination forms and fees for regular and private students of science, commerce, humanities and home economics groups.

The board has decided to accept examination forms with a late fee of Rs1,000 till tomorrow (Friday).
