Fatal feud: Body of missing man found

The accused killed their brother because he was demanding his share in their father’s property

SUKKUR: The Jacobabad police dug out on Monday a body of a man near his house in Jamal Banglani village, situated within the jurisdiction of the A section police station. A labourer, identified as Bashir Ahmed Banglani, had gone missing on October 20 this year. His family had informed the police about his disappearance but to no avail. The police on a tip-off raided the village and dug out the missing man’s body. The body was shifted to Thull hospital for autopsy, after which it was handed over to the family. According to the post-mortem report, the deceased was strangled to death, said the police. The mother of the deceased, Habiban Khatoon, registered an FIR against her other two sons, identified as Wazir Ahmed Banglani and Muhabat Banglani. An official of the A section police station requesting anonymity said the accused killed their brother because he was demanding his share in their father’s property.
