ISLAMABAD:
Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb of the Islamabad High Court issued notices for November 28 to the IHC registrar, additional registrars and other senior officials on a petition seeking the implementation of a Supreme Court order in letter and spirit.
Petitioner Rana Abid Nazir has requested the court to take action against the IHC officials as they did not place complete records before a three-judge committee constituted by the apex court to examine appointments and promotions notified in the IHC since 2011.
