HYDERABAD:
The search committee, which was headed by Justice (retd) Deedar Hussain Shah, has recommended names of three experts to Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah for appointment of one of them as the vice-chancellor of Sindh University (SU). The varsity's acting vice-chancellor, Dr Muhammad Siddique Kalhoro and Karachi University's Fateh Muhammad Burfat and Dr Inayatullah Shah have been recommended for the post that fell vacant after the death of former vice-chancellor Prof Dr Abida Taherani on June 1, said an official, requesting anonymity.
