Middle Eastern cuisine franchise opening first outlet in Karachi

KARACHI:
Canada-based Paramount Fine Foods, a Middle Eastern cuisine franchise, has announced that it is entering the Pakistani market.

Having first opened in Mississauga, Ontario, Paramount Fine Foods has gained popularity, opening up numerous restaurants in Canada, the US and Lebanon. Embracing flavours of the Middle Eastern cuisine, the franchise is now set to open its doors to the people in Karachi.

A press statement also added that Pakistan Beverage Limited has joined hands with Paramount Fine Foods at a ceremony that was attended by senior leadership from both organisations.

Pakistan Beverage Limited CEO and Managing Director Yasin H. Kassam and CEO of ASA Corporations - master franchisee of Paramount Fine Foods - Saad Saleem signed the agreement for the supply of carbonated and non-carbonated beverages to Paramount Fine Foods in Pakistan.

ASA Corporation is a joint venture of four food enthusiasts; Atif Khan, Saad Saleem, Shahrum Saleem and Ali Mohammad who plan to open 30 restaurants across Pakistan in the next five years.

This will create multiple job opportunities in various disciplines and will have an impact on the local economy. With its first restaurant, it has already created more than 60 jobs, the statement added.
