FAISALABAD: The government should ensure balanced psychological relations between individuals and societies for the benefit of people. We should understand the relations with each individual and ways to deal with them as per their importance.

Clinical Psychologist Dr Noshaba Amjad said this while delivering a lecture on ‘Learning Personalities and Journey to Happy Relations’ which was held in Faisalabad on Sunday.

“Every person should be fully aware of his own negative personality so that he could make efforts to overcome it,” she said.

She added, “Islam also teaches us to maintain balance and without it social society could not become strong and intact.”

Referring to the Pakistani society and culture, Dr Noshaba specifically explained the complications with in-laws and said, “These could also be resolved by understanding the positive and negative points of other family members”.
