A four-year-old child was killed while his brother and a relative were injured when a car ran them over in Kahna on Sunday. Four-year-old Abu Bakar Siddique, seven-year-old Qasim and 10-year-old Arfan Siddique were catching fish by a stream near Cheeto Wali village when a vehicle carrying luggage hit them. The driver of the vehicle was travelling under the speed limit when a fast-moving car came in front of his vehicle. Subsequently, the driver panicked and ran the children over. As a result, all three children were injured. They were taken to a nearby hospital where doctors pronounced Abu Bakar dead. Police impounded the vehicle and sent Abu Bakar’s body for an autopsy.
