Controversial Story: LHC moved to make inquiry public
The petitioner alleged that some federal ministers had played a role in leaking details of the meeting

A petition has been filed in the Lahore High Court which seeks to make public the inquiry against officials who leaked the details of a high level meeting on national security. Advocate Ilyas Khan, who is affiliated with the PPP filed the petition on Saturday through former law minister Babar Awan, saying that proceedings of the committee were leaked to scandalise the army. The petitioner alleged that some federal ministers had played a role in leaking details of the meeting. Ilyas requested the court to order the interior minister to make the inquiry public. He has also asked that those involved in the breach should be put on the ECL.
