ISLAMABAD: A sessions court on Friday rejected the pre-arrest bail application of a man booked for allegedly kidnapping a 14-year-old girl. Muhammad Mazhar was booked along with four others by the Bhara Kahu police in July. However, before the police could arrest him, Mazhar filed a bail application in the court of Additional District and Sessions Judge Shahrukh Arjumand. The court dismissed the plea after the victim told the court that she was kidnapped by the suspect for ransom. Bail plea of alleged kidnapper Ali Raza Naqvi was also rejected.
