For kashmir cause: Mamnoon urges Muslims to heal rifts

Peace in the region could only be achieved if there was a permanent settlement of the Kashmir issue: President

MUZAFFARABAD:
Muslim countries should cast aside their differences and put collective pressure on India to resolve the Kashmir dispute, President Mamnoon Hussain said on Sunday.  He made the appeal while talking to a delegation of the All Parties Hurriyat Conference’s (APHC) Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) chapter, on Sunday. The delegation was led by Mahmood Sagar and Altaf Bhatt. While talking to the delegation, the president reiterated that peace in the region could only be achieved if there was a permanent settlement of the Kashmir issue.
