At mayo hospital: Thrashing of patient to be probed

The committee will prepare a report and submit its recommendations within 72 hours

LAHORE: An inquiry committee has been formed to probe the thrashing of a patient and his brother at Mayo Hospital. According to a notification issued on Sunday, University of Health Sciences, Lahore Vice-Chancellor Maj Gen (retd) Dr Muhammad Aslam will be the convener. The committee will prepare a report and submit its recommendations within 72 hours to the Specialised Health and Medical Education secretary.
