A ceremony was arranged on Monday, October 3 by PAF Karachi Institute of Economics and Technology to launch the book “Human Resource Management in Industries of Pakistan” authored by Raza Kamal , an assistant professor in the College of Management Sciences. The ceremony was attended by professors/management from other universities, besides the student community. The textbook has been published by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) Pakistan under the Book Writing Scheme. The manuscript went through a rigorous evaluation before publication. HEC Islamabad will distribute copies to universities itself. The book is not priced and will not be available in the market; however, demand for additional copies can be placed with HEC by universities.
