Condemning indian atrocities: Nation united on Kashmir, says Fazl
Says PTI has been given power by those who want a secular Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa
CHARSADDA:
Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman pledged on Friday that his party supporters would fight alongside the armed forces in the event of any aggression by India. At the same time, Fazl condemned India’s unprovoked firing along the Line of Control, with the whole nation is standing behind the armed forces. “We will fight alongside the armed force against Indian aggression,” Fazl told a public gathering at Charsadda. He said when it comes to the issue of Kashmir, the whole nation is united as one and added that they are with the government and the armed forces. The JUI-F chief opposed the forced repatriation of Afghan refugees and termed it against the interest of the country. “The Pashtun political leadership is united on the issue of Afghan refugees and has informed the government about our concerns in this regard.” He said they should be allowed to go back to their country with respect. He said the PTI has been given power by those who want a secular Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa. Fazl also criticised the PTI Ehtesab Commission and said a party (QWP) who was expelled from power on corruption charges was inducted later in power.
