Fugitive: Suspect declared proclaimed offender
The same court had also granted bail-before-arrest to a woman booked on fraud and forgery charges

A sessions court on Friday declared a murder suspect a proclaimed offender after he failed to appear before the court. The suspect identified as Naeem Jan was booked by Sabzi Mandi police in 2011. Additional District and Sessions Judge Pervaizul Qadir Memon declared the suspect a proclaimed offender for failing to appear before the court. The same court had also granted bail-before-arrest to a woman booked on fraud and forgery charges by Margalla police. The suspect was identified as Fiza Qamar.
