Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider Tuesday invited potential investors to invest in the tourism sector of AJK, which provides a flourishing platform for business ventures.

Talking to the representatives of a private sector entity- The Empire Capital Dubai- he said that AJK was a safe place to visit and enjoy the scenic beauty of Kashmir.  He said that AJK has great potential of investing in the tourism sector and his government was ready to provide facilities to the investors.

“AJK provides tourists an opportunity to see the natural sights and ancient civilisations of the region,” said the prime minister. In a bid to draw attention to the needs of the region, Haider said that climate change was a big threat to the promotion of tourism and there was an urgent need to take effective measures.
