Four men killed as rival clans clash

Sajjad, Saifur Rehman, Sikandar and Naveed of the Choliyani clan were killed in the resulting crossfire.

SUKKUR:
Four men were killed while six others were injured in an armed clash between Choliyani and Bijarani clansmen in Karampur town, Kashmore on Monday.

Choliyani men were working in a field when a group of armed men, alleged to be members of the Bijarani clan, opened indiscriminate fire on them.


Sajjad, Saifur Rehman, Sikandar and Naveed of the Choliyani clan were killed in the resulting crossfire. The injured men were not identified till the filing of this report. Karampur police moved the bodies and the injured to a hospital. However, no case was registered yet.
