Crime: Man, son killed ‘over enmity’
The suspects opened indiscriminate firing, killing Bilal on the spot
FAISALABAD:
A man and his son were shot and killed in Thikriwala area over what the police suspect was an old enmity. Police identified the deceased as 40-year-old Ramazan and his son 15-year-old Bilal, residents of Chak No244. They said the father and son were returning home after attending a wedding ceremony in Dijkot when they were ambushed by six armed men near Chak No71-JB Sarli. The suspects opened indiscriminate firing, killing Bilal on the spot. Ramazan was taken to a hospital where he passed away. Police said they were investigating the matter.
