River flow: Man drowns in Korang
A rescue team recovered Abbasi’s body

ISLAMABAD:
A 30-year-old man drowned in Korang River in the Bhara Kahu area of Islamabad on Friday.
The victim, identified as Rizwan Abbasi, was swimming in the river when he lost his balance and drowned into deep water. People at the scene tried to rescue him but their attempts failed.
A rescue team recovered Abbasi’s body. The police handed the body over to the family after autopsy.
