Indian woman turns down marriage proposal over dog

We often hear how a dog is a perfect companion and this woman went as far as rejecting a proposal to prove just how much she loves her pet.

Karishma Walia, who originally from Bengaluru and currently works as an analyst in New Delhi, turned down a proposal after the suitor made his feelings about her dog clear.

She shared a WhatsApp conversation on Twitter and further spoke to BuzzFeed about her rejecting the proposal on the basis of the man not being okay with her keeping the dog.

Her mom thought that the guy was an excellent match because he's well-off and decent looking, she told BuzzFeed.

The guy replied to Karishma saying:



“I have been talking to him for over a week now. I spoke to him couple of times more, and he pissed me off with the way he was enforcing his decisions on me,” she further added.
