PM launches gas project in Rahim Yar Khan
The project is expected to benefit 35,000 residents according to PPI.

Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani on Saturday inaugurated a gas supply project to Kot Samaba town of Rahim Yar Khan. The project is expected to benefit 35,000 residents according to PPI.
He was accompanied by Minister for Textile Makhdoom Shahabuddin and Managing Director Sui Northern Gas Pipeline Limited (SNGPL) Rasheed Lone. The projected cost of the initiative is Rs248 million.
Gilani also performed the ground-breaking ceremony for the office of Chamber of Commerce & Industry in Rahim Yar Khan.
Online adds that while addressing the gathering, the PM said that the Pakistan Peoples Party has represented the aspirations of the masses by reducing the size of the cabinet.
“We assure the people that we will leave no stone unturned to serve the people with this small cabinet,” he said adding that the PPP’s main objective was to serve the people and not coming into power.
