Police Training Centre Commandant DIG Dr Fasihuddin was awarded a certificate of honour by the China National Institute for Shanghai Cooperation Organization (CNISCO), Shanghai University of Political Science and Law. This was stated in a press release. “Fasihuddin was a visiting professor at the university,” the statement added.
