LAHORE: Leader of the Opposition, Mian Mehmoodur Rashid on Tuesday submitted a resolution in the Provincial Assembly against National Assembly Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq over his treatment of references seeking disqualification of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan. On Monday, Sadiq dismissed a reference seeking prime minister’s disqualification and sent a reference seeking PTI chairman’s disqualification to the Election Commission of Pakistan.
