ISLAMABAD:
A sessions court on Tuesday granted pre-arrest bail to an attempt-to-murder suspect.
Raja Muhammad Sarfraz, who had been booked by the Bhara Kahu police for allegedly attempting to murder Babar Abbasi, was granted pre-arrest bail by the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Shahrukh Arjumand.
According to police, Sarfraz and three unidentified persons opened fire on Abbasi near Puli Dungi Kassi on the outskirts of Bhara Kahu on July 20th, and injured him.
Police registered a case against the suspects but before they could make arrests, Sarfraz applied for pre-arrest bail.
