PESHAWAR: The disgruntled lawmakers of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf have criticised Chief Minister Pervez Khattak for using abusive language against MPAs Yasin Khalil and Qurban Ali, saying workers’ convention will be held across the province against him after Eid. The decision was reached during a meeting of PTI’s pressure group members at Old MPAs Hostel, Islamabad on Sunday. According to a press release issued by the pressure group, the members lashed out at the chief minister for his undemocratic attitude towards respected parliamentarians. “We have time and again expressed our belief that the group has no reservation against the party chief, Imran Khan,” the statement read. “However, we strongly condemn the chief minister for his undemocratic approach”.
