Commercial Property: NAB arrests man on charges of forgery

PESHAWAR:
National Accountability Bureau K-P arrested Hamid Mehmood Zuberi on Friday who had usurped a six-kanal commercial property. The land of Muhammadan graveyard situated near Hassan Garhi in Peshawar Cantt is worth millions of rupees. The property is neither private nor an evacuee property. Zuberi, along with others, prepared a prima facie bogus stamp paper dated October 28, 2009. In 2010, the accused filed a suit in Civil Court based on fake documents in order to legalise the fraudulent transaction.
