This is what the 'world's most desirable face' looks like
And it has the same nose as Kate Middleton
A composite image of the most common requests made to plastic surgeons has revealed the world's most desirable face.
The image was determined by the top nine requests made by 1,000 patients who had undergone cosmetic procedures with facial cosmetic surgeon Dr Julian De Silva. These requests made over a decade includes the examples of which celebrities women wanted to look like by enhancing their features.

Turns out, KeiraKnightley has the most desirable eyelids followed by Miley Cyrus' forehead, Angelina Jolie's cheeks, Reece Witherspoon's skin, Selina Gomez's chin, Cher's jawline, Penelope Cruz's lips, J-Lo's eyebrows and Kate Middleton's nose.
The result is mind-blowing!
"You will often have a consultation with a patient who will present you with a picture of a well-known person and will say: 'I want to look like that," Dr De Silva from the Centre for Advanced Facial Cosmetic and Plastic Surgery in West London said, according to the Telegraph.
Kate Middleton's wardrobe choices prove repeating is not an offence
"Obviously the challenge for me is to look at their facial proportions and advise whether this will be a good look for them after surgery.
"Thankfully, a lot of the time, it works very naturally to replicate a nose like the Duchess of Cambridge's or eyelids similar to Keira Knightley's," he added.
"But on other occasions we do have to amend the plans because there are limits to how far you can improve what nature has given you. Most patients are pretty realistic in their objectives. They know that a new nose is not going to make them look like Kate Middleton."

"But a nose like Kate's might perfectly complement the rest of their features and give them a much more beautiful face."
According to him, the Duchess of Cambridge has the most desired nose because it is 'mathematically almost perfect'. The Royal nose is straight, delicate and feminine - and this is confirmed by science, which says her nose, with its 106-degree nasal tip rotation, is always going to be attractive to the naked eye.
