Gun accidently shoots brother, father
Choti police said that the family had asked them not to register an FIR
DERA GHAZI KHAN:
A three-year-old was playing with a gun which accidently went off killing the child’s brother and injuring his father in a Choti police precinct on Tuesday. Police said the child had been playing with a gun he had found lying on the floor of his house in Maamuri Basti. His seven-year-old brother Murtaza and his father Hazur Bakhsh were sleeping on a charpoy in the same room. The gun the child was playing with accidently went off and the bullets hit Bakhsh and Murtaza. Police said that Murtaza had died before he could be treated. Bakhsh was seriously injured and was taken to the Dera Ghazi Khan Teaching Hospital. Doctors there later said his condition was stable and he would survive. Choti police said that the family had asked them not to register an FIR.
